A New Chapter for Fluff & Crumble

2 comments Dec 1, 2025

After five years of icing, sprinkling and personalising biscuits for dogs across the UK, it’s time for a new chapter at Fluff & Crumble. From 2026 we’ll begin phasing out our iced biscuit range to focus on something simpler, more sustainable and just as special: our bake-at-home mixes.

We’re calling 2026 The Final Batch, our farewell tour and a last celebration of the iced designs that helped shape our little bakery. Each season will bring a new collection inspired by the moments you’ve loved most over the years: Easter, Summer, Autumn, Halloween, Christmas and New Year. Each release will feature one limited-edition iced set, and once it’s gone, it won’t return. This will be your last chance to own our handmade iced biscuits before we fully transition to the new range.

While our piping bags take their final bow, the heart of Fluff & Crumble isn’t going anywhere. We’ll be pouring that same care into our growing range of bake-at-home mixes, made with natural prebiotics and plant-based ingredients to support gut health. It’s everything you’ve loved about Fluff & Crumble, just baked in a new way.

Running a handmade biscuit bakery as a one-woman band has been an incredible experience, but it’s also been a labour of love that demands time, care and precision. Of course, I’ve had help from our social media guru Ellie, but day to day everything from baking to packing has been handled by one pair of hands. As my family grows and my time becomes more precious, I’ve found my focus shifting. I’ve loved every moment of creating our iced designs, but over time that love has taken a different form, one that’s now rooted in simplicity, creativity and balance. Refocusing on our bake-at-home mixes allows us to keep that spirit alive in a more sustainable way, maintaining the same craftsmanship and care while giving you the satisfaction of baking something special for your own dog.

You may still spot our iced collections out in the wild throughout next year. We’ll be keeping B2B and bespoke orders open for a little while longer, so you can still find our biscuits through selected partners and in John Lewis. Beyond that, we’ll continue to explore new opportunities for our mixes and see where they take us.

If you’ve ever ordered, gifted or shared one of our biscuits, thank you. You’ve helped us grow from a kitchen experiment into a brand loved by dog owners all over the UK. This isn’t goodbye, just a new direction. Stay tuned as we share some of our highlights and milestones from the past five years. We can’t wait to bake the next chapter with you.

Love,

Khya

This is a very good concept. It actually saves your time too. Would you consider adding a little leaflet or QR code in the bake at home edition, to tell us how we can draw some cute icing, just a little video guide to make icing (if you cna provide the icing material) and show us how to draw the icing on some biscuits. Thank you.
