We’ve significantly reduced our dispatch times from 13 working days to just 1-5 working days! Whether you’re ordering our regular range of products or some of our new goodies, you can now expect your order to be on its way to you faster than ever. We know that sometimes waiting can be hard, so we’ve made it our priority to speed things up. However, for our made-to-order treats, bespoke biscuits and wedding/party favours, the processing time remains as 13 working days due to their highly customised nature. Quality takes time, and we promise it’s worth the wait!

Express Delivery as Standard

Need your dog’s treats even sooner? No problem! We’re excited to introduce express delivery as a standard option. This means you can get your products quicker, with the added bonus of free express delivery on all orders over £30. We know how important it is to receive your orders promptly, and this new option ensures your pups won’t have to wait too long for their next treat!
