Production
Our Production Team is at the heart of Fluff & Crumble. This area involves hands-on roles where you'll help create, prepare, and package our products. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for making great treats, an eye for detail, and a knack for teamwork.

- Permanent - Part-time (16 hours per week)
- Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour

Are you passionate about baking, enjoy working with your hands, and have an eye for detail? Fluff & Crumble is looking for a Part-Time Bakery Assistant to help create our beautifully decorated dog treats. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the bakery, from rolling dough and cutting biscuits to icing and packaging.
No prior bakery experience? No problem! Full training will be provided. We're simply looking for someone with patience, precision, and a willingness to learn. If you’ve done cake decorating, cookie icing, or other craft-based work that requires a steady hand, that’s a bonus!
The Role
As a Bakery Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Rolling and cutting biscuit dough
- Baking and preparing biscuits for decorating
- Hand-icing biscuits with precision and attention to detail
- Assisting with general bakery tasks, including cleaning and packaging orders
This is a part-time role (16 hours per week) with weekday availability required. You’ll be working at our bakery in Walsall (WS1 3BX) as part of a small, friendly team.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with a steady hand and attention to detail. Icing and biscuit prep require precision!
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- A Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is advantageous but not essential (we can provide training)
