UK Delivery
Express Delivery (Monday-Friday)
Delivered in 1-2 working days after dispatch | £5.99 or free on orders over £30
Orders placed after 12.00 are processed from the next working day.
Deliveries are sent on an express service as standard via DPD or Royal Mail. The majority of orders will typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch (Monday-Friday).
Please note, deliveries to Northern Ireland (including Belfast), the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and other rural areas may incur additional delivery charges or longer delivery times. We advise customers from these regions to check at checkout or contact us directly for specific shipping rates.
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your orders by Friday 13th December.
Orders placed after this cut-off may not reach you before Christmas. Our bakery will be closed over the Christmas period, between Friday 20th December and Friday 3rd January.
We recommend ordering early to avoid any disappointment!
Standard Orders
Dispatched in 1-4 working days. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
Personalised items will take an additional working day to arrive.
Bespoke Orders
Create Your Own Dog Biscuits, Wedding Favours, Made to Order
Dispatched in 13 working days. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains standard products and bespoke products, they will all be dispatched in one shipment on the latest dispatch date (13 working days).
At this time we only deliver to the UK.
Delivery Info
As soon as your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information to let you know it's on its way.
Delivery estimates are an aim and not a guarantee and there may be courier delays from time to time, which are outside of our control. In the event that your order is delayed, please allow five working days to pass, after receiving your dispatch email before contacting us.
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted.
