Mixed Orders
If your order contains standard products and bespoke products, they will all be dispatched in one shipment on the latest dispatch date (13 working days).

At this time we only deliver to the UK.

As soon as your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information to let you know it's on its way.

Delivery estimates are an aim and not a guarantee and there may be courier delays from time to time, which are outside of our control. In the event that your order is delayed, please allow five working days to pass after receiving your dispatch email before contacting us.

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted.
