Our lead time is 10 working days for standard orders and 13 working days for bespoke orders, including wedding favours. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Please only order if you are able to wait for this time to elapse before your order is dispatched.

Parcels ready for dispatch are released throughout the day from 9.00 - 17.00. A dispatch email will be sent to you during these hours. Please only contact us should you not receive a dispatch email after this time on your dispatch date.

At this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom, however we have stockists around the globe.

An automatic email confirmation should be sent to your email once you have completed the checkout. If this hasn't been received the email may have landed in your junk folder or may have been inputted incorrectly.

In the first instance, please check your junk folder for the email confirmation. If it still cannot be located, please email us at your earliest convenience so we can confirm to you that we have received your order.

Product Information

Our standard range of biscuits cannot be customised, but we have a range of personalised dog treats which can be tailored for your pup. For more bespoke treats our Bespoke Biscuits tool is the perfect opportunity to create your very own set of custom dog treats in any shape, colour or size, with options starting from just 4 biscuits. Our entire range of dog treats are gently air dried and contain zero additives or preservatives and are naturally coloured with fruits and vegetables. Our Iced Dog Biscuit Collection has a shelf-life of 12 months, our Naked Collection has a shelf life of 12 months and our peanut butter has a shelf life of 12 months.

All of our treats are naturally sourced and do not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, wheat/grain or added salt, sugar and xylitol.

We have consulted with Veterinarians to ensure the treats we provide are safe to consume by dogs. Always speak with a Veterinarian if you are introducing new foods into your dogs diet.

About Us

We are registered with our local council and regulated by trading standards and submit to regular inspections of our facilities. We are registered with DEFRA, fully insured and our entire range of dog treats have been tested by a UKAS accredited lab.
