Standard orders are dispatched in 1-5 working days. Create your own sets, Wedding Favours and Made to Order treats are dispatched in 13 working days, due to their custom nature. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If your order contains a mixture of made to order and standard treats, your delivery will be sent as one on the latest dispatch date (13 working days).

Parcels ready for dispatch are released throughout the day from 9.00 - 17.00. A dispatch email will be sent to you during these hours. Please only contact us should you not receive a dispatch email after this time on your dispatch date.

At this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom, however we have stockists around the globe.

An automatic email confirmation should be sent to your email once you have completed the checkout. If this hasn't been received the email may have landed in your junk folder or may have been inputted incorrectly.

In the first instance, please check your junk folder for the email confirmation. If it still cannot be located, please email us at your earliest convenience so we can confirm to you that we have received your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept product returns. View our returns page here for more information.

Both ranges contain personalised treats, however the processing time is different.

• Pre-Order treats use our off-the-shelf biscuit shapes, but include light personalisation e.g. an iced name.

Pre-Order treats require an additional processing time of one working day.

• Made to Order treats have heavy personalisation where custom shapes need to be made and requires additional processing time to standard and Pre-Order treats.

Made to Order treats are delivered in 13 working days.

Our standard range of biscuits cannot be customised, but we have a range of personalised dog treats which can be tailored for your pup. Our entire range of dog treats are gently air dried and contain zero additives or preservatives and our iced treats are naturally coloured with fruits and vegetables.

• Back to Basics Collection - 6-12 months
• Woof & Bake Collection - 6 - 12 months

All of our treats are naturally sourced and do not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, wheat/grain or added salt, sugar and xylitol.

We have consulted with Veterinarians to ensure the treats we provide are safe to consume by dogs. Always speak with a Veterinarian if you are introducing new foods into your dogs diet.

We are registered with our local council and regulated by trading standards and submit to regular inspections of our facilities. We are registered with DEFRA, fully insured and our entire range of dog treats have been tested by a UKAS accredited lab.
