Our delivery timeframes include both preparation and transit, so you can plan with confidence.

• Standard Delivery – Arrives within 8–10 working days from the date of your order.
• Priority Delivery – Arrives within 6–7 working days from the date of your order.

• Wedding favours – Arrives within 14–18 working days.
• Mixed orders (standard & bespoke) – Everything will be sent together on the latest arrival date.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays start their delivery clock on the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide specific restock dates for out-of-stock products. However, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page by entering your email. This way, you’ll be the first to know as soon as it’s available again.

Our standard biscuit sets cannot be customised, but we do offer a curated selection of personalised treats, including name-stamped bones and occasion-specific biscuits. For something more unique, Fetch My Face is our only bespoke product. A one-of-a-kind biscuit portrait hand-illustrated in your dog’s likeness and finished in our signature style.

Our entire range of dog treats are gently air dried and contain zero additives or preservatives and our iced treats are naturally coloured with fruits and vegetables.

Each range has a variable shelf life as outlined below:

• Iced Dog Biscuits - 12 months
• Naked Dog Biscuits - 12 months
• The Dog's Butter - 12 months
• Baked. Collection - 6 - 12 months

All of our treats are naturally sourced and do not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, wheat/grain or added salt, sugar and xylitol.

We have consulted with Veterinarians to ensure the treats we provide are safe to consume by dogs. Always speak with a Veterinarian if you are introducing new foods into your dogs diet.

We are registered with our local council and regulated by trading standards and submit to regular inspections of our facilities. We are registered with DEFRA, fully insured and our entire range of dog treats have been tested by a UKAS accredited lab.
