Please ensure you have allowed enough time for us to process your bespoke order in time for your desired delivery date.

Our Bespoke Biscuits sets come with complimentary gift packaging as standard, which includes a gift box, transparent lid, Fluff & Crumble sleeve and an option to add a personalised message.

Ordering Process

1. Simply choose from the options above to build your set and include as much detail as possible around your custom requirements.

Custom sets require a 10 working day processing time, so remember to allow enough time to receive your order.

Design

2. Once your order has been received, we will come back to you within 3 working days, via email, with an illustration of your set to give you an idea of what to expect.

This will also be your opportunity to make any changes to the final set.

Receive & enjoy!

3. Once your order has been approved it will be moved to production and dispatched to you after 7 working days, ready for your pup to enjoy and devour!
