As a member of our Fluffy Squad, you gain access to exclusive benefits designed to reward your love for Fluff & Crumble.
Brand reps receive a unique discount code to use on all purchases, as well as an exclusive discount to share with their audience. We believe in rewarding those who support us, so our reps also get regular surprise treats and new product samples before they launch.
We love showcasing our brand reps, and we frequently feature them on our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. If you’re passionate about growing your audience or increasing engagement, being part of the Fluffy Squad gives you the opportunity to be seen by thousands of fellow dog lovers.
Fluffy Squad reps are also invited to take part in exclusive brand campaigns. Whether it’s testing new product ranges, sharing themed seasonal content, or collaborating on giveaways, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects that align with your content.
We look for brand reps who create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand. Whether you focus on photography, reels, or creative storytelling, we love working with dog owners who bring their own personality and style to their posts.
You don’t need a large following to be considered. We value authenticity, creativity, and a genuine love for our brand over follower count. Whether you have a small but engaged audience or a growing community, we want to hear from you.
Recruitment for the Fluffy Squad happens at select times throughout the year. Keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements about when applications open. Applications
Discover everything you need to know about becoming a Fluff & Crumble rep! We welcome new reps every three months, so keep an eye out for our next rep search!
Due to the sheer volume of entries we receive, we won't be able to give feedback to everyone.
We will be rotating our brand reps every three months as we would like to give a fair opportunity for lots of dogs to rep for us.
If you've previously been a brand rep, you can certainly be a brand rep again, just not for more than three months at a time.
Absolutely! But you'd have to wait at least three months to be considered again so we can give everyone a fair chance.
We wouldn't be using the same reps for the subsequent rotation, but we may use a rep again after a three month break.
Rep Treats
Once confirmed as a rep, you'll receive a generous welcome treat box featuring a personalised biscuit portrait and exclusive early access to our limited-edition treats.
Our entire range of iced dog biscuits are made to our signature coconut and peanut butter cookie dough, made to an all-natural recipe with limited human-grade ingredients.
Each treat is lovingly decorated with a specially formulated icing for dogs which is 100% natural and made entirely free from sugar.
There should be plenty of opportunities to have biscuits to use for content, but we can talk about this if needed!
We'd like a different biscuits in each of the four posts. Reps will receive three gifted biscuit sets from us throughout the three months and will receive a 50% discount code, so we would expected reps to place at least two-three orders using the code within the three month period.
Rep Activity
Learn about your role as a Fluff & Crumble rep, including post requirements, content styles, collaboration options, rep perks, and the support we provide to help you succeed.
The four posts can be whatever works for you! Four reels, four static posts or a mixture of both!
We have a main rep group and each rep can consent to joining the chat to keep up to date.
We'd like our brand reps to post four feed posts a month with a story dedicated to each post.
We'd love to be a collaborator with each post!

We do! Brand rep codes can only be used by the brand rep themselves, but you're welcome to use your code as many times as you'd like.
